Director of Sales

About the role

We're looking for a Director of Sales for mid-market accounts. This is a unique opportunity to join early in our story and influence how the plot will evolve. We are looking for the right person to build this role and later on the department and to make sure our customers are getting the best out of Despaq services for their own success.

You will

  • Own the full sales cycle from building relationships to negotiation and contracting
  • Navigate key decision makers to build awareness within organizations
  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of solution and connect this knowledge directly to customer ROI
  • Create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution
  • Work with Product, Engineering and Delivery teams to ensure that cross functional work is being done to be successful.

Ideally, you have

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales of enterprises technology-based solution
  • Minimum of 3+ years of successful experience in sales team management
  • Demonstrated successful track record of enterprises solution sales
  • Clearly understand the pain point and business requirement of customers
  • Strong understanding of SaaS based technology as it relates to the target markets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Communication skills using the English language is strongly preferred.
